To find The Path of Glory is easy, just follow the massive grey brick road that runs East to West, dividing Hellfire Peninsula right down the middle. You can ride around to the East end on your ground mount or simply fly down if you've picked up your flying mount.

 

You will see lots of skeletons which owing to their glowing nature are easy to spot. Grt close to them and use the holy water to purify them. Of course things won't be so easy for you, for doing The Path of Glory quest, shattered hand orcs patrol the area, and they are probably a level or two higher than you. You'll also have to keep an eye out for the Fel Reaver crossing the road if you're on the Eastern end of the path.

 

There is one thing you need to pay attention to, you need to prepare some momentary frustration if you are moving quickly from skeleton to skeleton, because Draenei Holy Water has a ten second coodown.
